‘Oh One Day’ is a delightful book that gains insight into Sam’s personal experience of Type 1 Diabetes as he befriends an alien named Zegg, and describes his journey from diagnosis to managing his diabetes well with the help of his family, friends and his diabetes team. It is a book that is beautifully written and captures the imagination of a child with Type 1 diabetes . I would highly recommend this for any family, carer and young person living with Type 1 diabetes.

Kiara was so excited to get her book and wanted to show everyone. She LOVES IT! and could relate so well with the little boy in the book. She is excited to take it to clinic and share it with lots of people.
Ollie was so excited about his book he wanted to show everyone and was able to relate it to himself as he also has a fox red Labrador. We cannot recommend this book enough.
Our ten year old son was recently diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic. We were reeling from the news when the Nurse on the ward delivered us one of your books as a gift. We sat and ready it together and we LOVED every word. It gave us hope and helped us understand the journey we are about to take. I loved the parents page - it has given us lots of helpful links. Thank you Samuel for this wonderful gift.
